Hi,

On a new install, R10 or above, can anyone help with the refresh procedure for a 302D console using A-Law.

Thanks.

Can't you assign a refresh parameters feature code in the Feature Access form, and on the console dial that code followed with a # ? IMO it should work. Otherwise do a busy-out port 0XXXXX followed by a release with the console connected.
The "status att x" command should show the results.

Cheers,
Nico

I always do this.

Asign a feature access code (*04) for refresh terminal first.
Assign an extension number to the attendant. (change att x)
Pull out the handset and do the feature code + the att. extension number from another terminal.

Put the handset back in and do a "status att x" to see if the download status is compleet.

Note:

On the new consoles there's no longer a "fork" but RJ11. Beneath that is a reset button you must press after installing it.

Plan your work............Work your plan
