refreshing an asp page within a frame

I have got a frameset page with 2 frames. One frame contains a page that collects and sends the data to a page that writes the data to a database, while the other displays the data just entered.

How can I refresh the display frame page to reflect the newly entered information.

There has to be a way of doing this.
