Hi all,
I have 2 Questions:
Firstly, I have 10 sub reports in one giant report, I have all the queries in an access database which I change every month according to customer and month. When I start crystal reports I have to flick through all the pages before it really starts grabbing the new data from the queries after I have pressed f5 to refresh data. Can I initiate this in another way so that it automatically goes through all the subreports??
My second problem is that it asks for same 2 passwords around 10 times, since it wants it for every subreport. Can I get around this somehow aswell?

I actually want to automatise this as much as possible.

Please Help!
Thanks in advance.

For the First one, are you sure you don't have save data with report checked?

what d'you mean? where would I have that checked?

Yes, that means that the data is stored with the report and if you want to change it you must press f5 or choose refresh.

if you want to automate the process anytime the report is run than uncheck the option and the data won't be cached onto the report.

This will force crystal to go and get the data from the database.... fresh data.
