Refresh using localhost and relative pathname 1

Is there any way to have a webpage refresh to another page using localhost and a relative pathname? We're okay using an absolute pathname, but can it be done without specifying a drive letter?

Yes, you should just be able to use a meta tag e.g.

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="10;url=otherpage.html" />
