Refresh Report Structure Insight Workspace 10.1

I have changed a couple reports and the new content does not show up in the content tree
eg Content branch
Report 1
Chart A
Prompts

I then add a chart B to Report 1 however the content tree doesn't recognize that the report now has a new chart added? I have tried the refresh button at the top but still to no avail?
