Refresh problem when running the same report from VB app.

I am trying to run a Crystal report from a VB6 app. It uses 1 parameter,When I run the report for the first time it runs fine, when I run it for the second time I get the following error message: Run-time error '-2147189553(80047ccf)': "The value/range you are adding has already existed.".
Any ideas as to what could be causing it?
and how can I solve this problem?
