Refresh problem at the VM messages, messages to late.

Hi all,

Sometimes the voicemail messages are not presented to the user, using the pone-manager or directly by the *17 the user have 0 messages.
The voice messages appears correctly some days later, and the users received a lot of old messages sometime to late.
The problem sound like a refresh problem on the VMPRO, at the message level.
Software details
IPO 406 sw 1.4.25
VMPRO 1.4.3
PhoneManager 1.4.6

Any solution or workaround will be welcomed.

Hi smsam,

I don't know if it was fixed, but I installed the
last Voicemail pro Service pack available in the Avaya Web and I'm not receive any more complainds.

So, I recomending to install it.
