Hello,

I work on an Excel 2000 sheet and I have to update this sheet every 15-30 minutes, so I always leave this sheet open on my PC (Excel sheet is worked and saved on a local shared drive). We have a local networking. But no one else updates this sheet except me.

Is there a way that the other person who has left the same sheet open on his pc (shared copy from the network drive) can see the latest changes that I have made to that sheet without having to close and open the sheet again? (As there is no Refresh option in Excel)

Thanks.... S~

This should be possible if you save the sheet as a shared workbook.

Go to Tools then select Share workbook and tick the box to allow changes by more than one user.

On the advanced tab, you could select , save my changes and see other's changes every....select the time you wish...every 15mins for example

Hope this works
