Hello,
For some reason the ODBC Connection set to Refresh on open and even when manually trying to Refresh, even though the connection Properties shows correct, stopped working.

I added a module and it seems that's the cause of it.

Can someone help?

Hi,

“Refresh on open” opening what?

I added a module and it seems that's the cause of it.

So you had an MS Query already set up and running as expected and refreshing on Open. You had saved and closed the workbook and then opened and verified that the query refreshed.

I that all correct?

At some subsequent time you “added a module”.

Did you SAVE the workbook at that time?

Did the file extension change from .xlsx to .xlsm?

Is the query to another sheet/table in this workbook? If so, then that’s the reason: you changed the workbook file name extension. There’s a way to fix that.

Yes, that's correct.

It had to be saved as .xlsm.

I will try deleting the worksheet and re-adding it.
If there's another to fix it, please advise.

Since we're talking about VBA code, please start a new thread in forum707.

There I can give you some tips regarding coding QueryTables, changing Connect strings, changing SQL code in VBA.
