If I create a new mail folder, obviously I see this on the machine I'm using. But how do I refresh Notes so that I can see the new folder I've just created on a second session? (such as a laptop or blackberry). The only way I found to do this is shut down Notes and restart it on the 'other' platforms. Surely there must be a refresh or something?

Here are various ways to refresh or update the views in a Lotus Notes client.

F9 = Refresh

Shift + F9 = Rebuild the index for a view

Ctrl + Shift + F9 = Rebuild the index for all views

Where folders are created, I found the easiest way to do this is; close the Mail tab then re-open it. The newly opened tab will then reflect the current state of the db. Seems obvious now...
