Refresh movie?

HI - I have a site that is set up in such a way that the main graphics that do not change are in the first level in frame 1. There are not any more frames in this level. I have a "main menu" that contains the rest of the movie. But - I want one of the graphics on the main level to refresh and start the "main menu" movie over again.

how do I do this? I tried moving everything to frame 2 and having the button start at frame 1 again, but this screwed up the graphics when it wasn't the exact dimension that it was created in. This is another problem I am having a problem with...

Any suggestions/insights to this?

Actually my client just asked me to do it a different way that is much easier for me too - thanks though...
