We are using Seagate Info 7.5 to schedule a Crystal report. The report contains ActiveX objects (Word Documents) in the detail section of the report. When this report is run thru Info, changes to the ActiveX object do not appear. That is if I update the linked Word dcoument and re-run the scheduled Crystal Report, the change does not appear. However, if I run the report in Crystal developer (CR Professional 8.5) changes are reflected.
The report is set to NOT save data with the report.
Are there any options in Crystal Reports or Seagate Info 7.5 that will cause these objects to resresh if the source is changed?
