Refresh image after return from update screen

Hello everybody.
I have this browse screen which have image names and image control to show the picture. when I scroll the browse the image displayed in image control.

I have two questions:

1 - Iam using browse - all events to refresh the image using ?Image1{prop:text} = IMG:ImageName
I feel it is not right but it does the job.

2 - When I update the image name using the update screen and return to the browse screen it shows the old image until I do an action to show the new one.

My question is : what are the proper embeds should be use to refresh the image properly?

After doing some research I found the following:

For Case 1 : Windows Manager - Reset Procedure(BYTE Force=0), VIRTUAL

For Case 2 : Browse Box, returning from the update procedure

It is working now but any more ideas are appreciated
