Refresh Error

Hi

I use Backupexec. 8.6 on Windows 2000 Server, for the past month now, my Job Monitor page does not automatically refresh, I have to do a manual refresh to see the current status of my daily backups. This problem is not serious just more of an annoyance. Has anybody seen this before?

We've had this same issue. So far the only resoloution we've found is to stop and restart all of the backupexec services and use <F5> often. Be aware that this is not just a screen refresh issue. Alerts can also be blocked or delayed. We've seen alerts over a month old pop up.
