Hi,
I have an access form that has multiple records. One of those records is a check box. User check the records that they need to process and uncheck those they need to leave alone. I have two buttons on the same form. One to check all of the check boxes and one to uncheck all of those boxes. Behind each button is a me.refresh command and same thing behind each check box on lost focus event.
The buttons work fine when used alone. The check boxes work fine if you only use them.
If the i use the buttons and then try to check or un-check a check box I get the error messsage:
"The data has been changed. Another user edit thise record and saved changes before you attempted to save your changes. Re-edit the record"

I was looking in MS KB but i got no answer. Help!
Thanks
Tareq

I'd humbly suggest a DoCmd.Save and/or a DoCmd.Requery after the refresh

just a thought
