Refresh discussion web during posting

Frequently I see duplicate copies of a discussion page submission. Apparently the user posts an article, but doesn't see it appear right away and so posts it again. I added a comment that says be sure to refresh the page or press F5, but they aren't doing that. Actually they shouldn't have to.

Is there some code I could insert in the Submit button on the confirmation page that would select the table of contents frame and refresh it?
