Refresh Data query in VBA 1

Hi,

I have a value in a sheet that gets refreshed using a data query.

I can right click on the field and select Refresh Data and the latest data is loaded.

What I would like to do is refresh the cell data from a different sheet using VBA or a macro.

Is this possible?
Any suggestions?
