Refresh Data from Text File to Table 1

Excel has in it a method of refreshing the data that is in the spreadsheet. Because my raw data text file has too many records for Excel to handle, I built a table using the wizard.(similar wizrd to Excel, defining fields etc.) Access imported 290,000 records with no problems and I was able to do the analysis I needed.
My question is, Is there a way to refresh the data in this table each month as I get a new text file ? I really don't want to go thru the whole wizrd again each month ?

Create a schema file while in the wizard (advanced ...)
