Refresh cube?

i have cube,but data in that cube must be refresh manually..my question : can I refresh that cube automatically??

use a SSIS package to process at the end of your ETL.

But i don't know what the SSIS package?
I find way to refresh cube in SSAS,use syntax :
REFRESH CUBE <cube_name>
but it doesn't work,i have error
"identifier cube"

Now what should I do?
