Refresh and export buttons doesnt work!

i have successfully place my reports in the web (with the gelp of Smartviewer for Java) using ASP and Stored Procedures with Crystal Reports... now i encounter two different problems... first, i want to save it in xls format but it says 'invalid export format', second, whenever i click the refresh button, an error CRXADRT something occurs....

why is that?? if you can help me with this.. please let me know.

PS.
Can u make a real time report with crystal?? like if refreshes every 2 minutes or so??? just wondering =)

Are you able to register the craxdrt.dll on the machine on which you run the application/report ?
