refresh accessing a web report

Hi all,

I have a report viwwed by the Viewer Activex in an ASP page.
Inside the report, there is a date and time field. When the page is accessed, the date and time is the last the report was refreshed in development environment. The user needs to refresh on-line to view the new date. Is there any way to refresh the report anytime it is accessed ?
