I,M A TOTAL BEGINNER. CAN SOME ONE TELL ME HOW TO REFORMAT MY PC STEP BY STEP PLEASE PLEASE THANK YOU SUE XXX

Please give a bit more information. Like, presume you want to (re)install an operating system - which one? Have you data to back up before you start?

PS. Please type in lower/mixed case - upper case is considered 'shouting' on the net!
