I have a spreadsheet which i need to export as a comma delimited text file. But i need to put each text field in inverted commas, how can i do this, without going through each cell and inputting by hand.

i have exported text file looking like : Susan,Helen,Mary
But i want: 'Susan','Helen','Mary'

can anyone help me??

many thanks

If by "inverted commas" you mean "single-quotes" just set cells like
"'" & A1 & "'"
and export them instead. Otherwise ... uhhh ... wussa inverted comma? [upsidedown]

Inverted comma is the British name for quotes. Have fun!)

Thank you. Our country is still trying to get the hang of your language.
