Reformat Output to csv

Hi,

i`m a awk noob.
I need some help:

Output is:

Source: 2101a:/vol/VAH_Q11_dblog_NL3/dblog
Destination: 1102b:/vol/VAULT_VAH_Q11_db_NL0/fas2101a_VAH_Q11_dblog_NL3_dblog
Status: Idle

Recommended Output is
2101a:/vol/VAH_Q11_dblog_NL3/dblog 1102b:/vol/VAULT_VAH_Q11_db_NL0/fas2101a_VAH_Q11_dblog_NL3_dblog Idle

(All in one line to import the file as csv to excel)

I doubt that the recommended output has anything to do with a csv file to import.
I also doubt about 'idle' put after the destination. Is it a bad copy/paste?
