Reflection-X connection problem

Hi All,
I am getting this error message when I try to connect to my sun Server from my PC using Reflection-X tool
XDM session to host failed:failed for display(RX2112)
This message occurs when I use:XDMCP Direct connect to <hostname>
Does anyone have any idea about this?
Any help would be appreciated...
