Referring to worksheet names in excel 1

Everyone knows that you can refer to the worksheet name in headers & footers by using the &[TAB] function, but.... is it possible to do this in a cell? I can't figure it out - can anyone help?

Might I make a small suggestion? Consider adding to the faq that the workbook must be saved before FILENAME info is displayed. When browsing for interesting thingies, at least I, often do testing in unsaved books...
