Refereshing scrolled HTML without moving it ?

I have an auto refreshingHTML that is larger then one screen,thus can be scrolled:

<META HTTP-EQUIV="refresh" CONTENT="10"

Is there any way to set it so that when the screen is scrolled,it will not be scrolled back to default by every refresh ,but stay where the user scrolled it last time ?
