When I marked an updaterule in the client table is does not work when I make a change in the mastertable. For example; when I mark "cascade" and I change the keyfield in the master, it does not update the same field (foreigh key) in the child table. Both tables (in views) are in a form. No other users are working with paradox.

Chris,

Have you tried working with the actual tables rather than views? I always thought that views were the result of a query.

Bystander,
I did not ment with view that they are the result of a query. In the datamodel of the form I work with actual tables.
Thanks
