Hello,

I'm quite new to Indesign (I have CS Ver 4.0) so I don't know what to call this. I will describe it as best as possible.

I want a block of Text to refer to another page in my book. I would like to mark that the text that it refers to, so that if it moves, the original block of text will update that page as needed.
This is not entirely unlike what the Index does, but the Index function isn't quite what I'm getting at.

Example:
Diagnostics information is on page 152, but due to flucutations it could be bumped to page 153, 154, etc.

On page 30 I have text like:
"For more on Diagnostics, please see Page XXX."

What I want is for that Page XXX to automatically refer to the Diagnostics section on whichever page it ends up on. Is there a way to mark the Diagnostics information page so that on my page 30 will just track and refer to the correct page?

Also, if there is a term for this sort of thing, I would appreciate it...so I don't sound like an idiot in the future.

Thank you!
