I cannot seem to get my windows XP computers to use my database as they are missing the FILEMGMT.dll reference. How can I fix that? Having them look for the reference did not work. :(

If you mean that the reference is marked as 'missing' then deselect it and reselect it again and click OK.

All the computers on my network are going to be running XP soon. Is there a way to do this through code?

There is some code here which I think works in all versions. It only fixes things that can be fixed of course.
