Reference textboxes with radio buttons 1

Dear all,

I have 5 textboxes allowing the user to type 5 different email addresses.

I want to have 5 radio buttons each one associated with each textbox. The one the user checks should flag the preferred email address.

How can I do this please?

I'm not sure what the prpblem is. Simply place a RadioButton next to each TextBox that you need and then look to see which one was checked when the user submits the form.
