reference a sub from another form 1

please help. i have a sub which belong to form A. but I need to call it from form B. if you get my drift. This is so that when a record is added via a wizard like form. the sub is called to update the main form..
I just can't remember how to call this.

something like the below....

but it doesn't work

Call Forms.Form_frmMain.SetWeeks(Forms!frmMain!wkEnding)

Best practice is to put the sub in a module where it can be called by both forms.
