Hi,

experiencing this issue
one of the terminals is out of service in Refclient in the server , deleted it mapped again, stopped CCT services and even restarted the servers (CCT,CCMS) still it show Line x.x.x.x (Out of Service) in Red Color.

Thanks ,Apprecaite your help.

I hate CCT and the ref client for just this reason.

Some things I have found that may help:

1: Make sure that your TN is acquired in CC6/SCCS is you are using that

2: Make sure that you have the AST values set correctly on the affected TN

3: Make sure that the terminal is configured in the TN table of the TAPI SP (start/programs/nortel/symposium tapi service provider/configure database.....then Meridian Host tab, TN Table

4: Make sure you have the configs in the NCCT Console (start/programs/nortel/Communication Control Toolkit/NCCT Console

5: Make sure that the set is actually plugged in

6: Try logging on to the set.

7: In the NCCT Console, when you open the properties, there is a tick box to enable/disable the particular end you are looking at, both the TNs and DNs. I have had some success here with changing the states.

Good Luck......
