I have a site where Avaya 9611 phones are intermittently experiencing a weird ring sound when called station to station or on inbound calls. It sounds like a gurgling noise. It lasts about 15 seconds and can't be interrupted by lifting the handset. The closed thread listed above outlines this anomaly perfectly. I am attaching a video. This occurs sporadically.......about one in 20 calls. I have had all cabling tested. Has anyone encountered this?
