The customer has mailbox's and they want them to have apps or tree's so they can dial 1 from there mailbox to reach an assistant. The only way I can think of doing this is by having a revert dn point to an App that allows digit dialing to the other ext they require this on almost all mailbox's so I was wondering if there were any other ideas you can throw at me.

Why don't they want to dial '0' to reach personal assistant, you can set that up in each mailbox. under the feature "Custom Operator Number" if revert DN by phoneset is turned on in the mailbox class. Then dial 'o' goes to the revert DN
