Hello,
I have a little issue.
I installed two Power Unit 655A in the carrier.
The first works as the master, and second as the slave.
When I pull out the slave, the master power unit changes to slave, and all boards go down.
In the other hand, when I pull out the master, the slave changes to the master, and works fine.

Do you have any suggestions?

There was an issue with certain 655A power units with a serial number from 06R40200XXXX to 06R40600XXXX, where the 5th and 6th digits indicates the month manufactured, taken from Avaya PSN PSN000888u. This issue does not seem to describe your situation but I would still check the serial numbers. If you had a chance to have a power down I would swap the location of the PSU's and see if the problem follows the PSU or if the problem stays with the same slot. The other thing normally checked on a G650 is the backplane connections but I think it wold be difficult to bend the PSU connectors on the backplane.

I had this recently as well, but the trigger was a fan tray alarm. Removing/reseating 1 of the 2 power supplies were causing the whole chassis to reset. Once the fan tray was replaced, the issue behaved normally.
