If I have 2 symposium systems connected through a network with an NCC server, if my main site goes down, the other site can take over to take the calls., but how does it handle the call treatments?
Do you have to have your call treatment messages setup on both call pilot machines?
If they are "networked" call pilot machines, can they sync somehow?
Thanks for your help
Jeff

Each Symposium needs its own Call Pilot. You cannot build access ports/give ivr ports across the network. And when you script and you use voice segments or give ivr commands, it needs to go to the local call pilot.

What you can do is archive the applications and restore them to the other call pilot so that all of these items do not need to be rerecorded.
