Redundant AD Servers

I have 2 servers: Srv1 and Srv2 and both are active directory, DNS servers. I installed all network printers on SRV1, if I bring down Srv1 all users can't prints. Is there a way to setup the redundant so the printer resources will roll to Srv2 if Srv1 is not available? How about Cluster management?
