Redundancy Problems with CS1k & AudioCodes MP112

Hey Folks!

I´ve got a big problem on customer site!

We´re working with 2 Proxy Servers (Pri & Alt) and the AudioCodes 112 Mediapack.

If Server 1 (Primary) goes down, the MediaPack is registering to the alternate Proxy.. thats all fine!

But now, when the Primary Proxy goes online after an Malfunction or other... the AudioCode will not register to the PrimaryServer! The AC doesn´t understand the Error Code 503 "Service Unavailible" in "Proxy Mode" - And so you have to reboot it..

You can prefer Routing Tables, to re-route the AudioCode in cause of Error 503 - but a static routing doesn´t work!

Any Ideas???

Under Protocol Configuration -> Protocol Definition -> Proxy & Registration

Make sure Redundancy mode is set to Homing.
