I'd like to plug NIC1 into our primary switch and NIC2 into a secondary switch for redundancy, is there a way to use just one ip address and have the failover?

Any suggestions would be great!

thanks

Yep..use the Broadcom or the Intel software that manages the NIC for failover. Basically it creates a new Virtual Adapter and that is where the TCP info goes. Make sure you do it after hours b/c it will disconnect your network connection while the changes activate.
