Redundancy on Call Pilot 201i

Hi,

Is there a way we can have redundancy on our Call Pilot 4.0 on a CS1000E? The hard disk crashed and we lost about 3 days of messages since it was set to backup every Sunday. Our company is looking for a redundancy options.

You must upgrade to a 1005 server. That is the only one with mirrored drives.

You can also set up a user archive to a network drive to run every night.
