Hi All,

I have CS1000M Multigroup Rls 7.5. I have installed Cpu's successfully. They are working fine and redundant.

CPU 1 ACTIVE CORE
CPU 0 STANDBY.

However when I plug Elan (LAN1) to the Cpu 0 redundancy is going off and move sytstems to single Mode.
I have checked the cables and everything looks like good.

Does anyone experienced this problem before ?

Regards

redundancy is on the LAN2 to LAN2 cable. Should be a crossover cable or be connected to it's own VLAN segment. The ELAN is LAN1. Are you sure you have the correct cables on there.

I have not see this. Could be bad processors or at least one bad processor.
