Redundancy error

Hello I need help I go to my aloha terminal and i can get into my employee screen as I put my ID number it gives me System Redundancy limit has been exceeded. I have done the restore on the BOH and Still nothing Can any one out there Tell me what im doing wrong or what is the Issue?

In aloha manager - utilities - fileserver recovery - click it several times.
