I am going to be reducing the number of B channels on a PRI and wanted to know if there is any specdific order to do this as I have never done this on a PRI. Thanks in advance!

Just find out how many channels the carrier will be using, and which ones (like 1 through 10, or 11 through 23). Remove those lines from whatever pool they are in. Don't bother removing them as B-channels. Everything will work great.

The reason I recommend not changing the b-channels, I had a CLEC insist that they would be using 11-23. But they still were sending calls IN on 1 through 10.

Thank you TTT!!
You made a great point about the provider and what channels they "SAY" they will use.
