Reducing images in CS2

Hi,

In the older versions of illustrator you would be able to reduce a number of images at once and they would all stay in the exact place. In CS2 that option is not available anymore. I have to reduce each image seperately or else all the selected images(art pieces) will reduce as one unit. Anybody know how to solve this problem?

...how do you mean, reduce physical size or resolution?

well i guess you could go Object Transform Scale and change the overall sizes by percentage or by specific sizes

OK, say I have two circles I want to reduce. The center points of the circles are one inch apart. Earlier versions of illustrator would let me reduce both circles at the same time and still keep their center points one inch apart.
