Reduced view of Task Manager

I can see only a part of my Task manager:

Register [blue]Applications[/blue] is available.

Registers [blue]Processes[/blue] and [blue]Performance[/blue] are not available.
[red]Pulldown-Menu[/red] is not available.

When i log on as another user, i can see the whole Task Manager.

Is there something in the Registry to change?

Task Manager has two modes, one of which is "Tiny footprint".

Double-click on the borders to restore to "Normal" display.
