reduce my query results to one line per cat

I have the following columns resulting from a query.

Cat Litres
LOW ALCOHOL 2.310000092
LOW ALCOHOL 6.820000112
LOW ALCOHOL 8.910000116
PREMIUM 110671.6946
PREMIUM 131329.5967
PREMIUM 138779.0585

I only want one line with LOW ALCOHOL and for the litres column to be a 'sum' of all the LOW ALCOHOL's.

Any suggestions?

Use a group by query. Group by cat, sum litre Maq B-)
