REDR in index.dat

We have a lot of problems with proxy bypass web sites.

We have noticed that in the index.dat file on the local PC has an entry for the proxy and the 'Type' is identified as REDR.

Does anyone know any way of trapping this and even preventing use of this kind of sites.
