Redistribution of RIP and OSPF

I have an exsiting network that runs RIP, but I now want to implement OSPF. Straight forward if both routers were Cisco.
The RIP network has a 3COM 3500 Corebuilder and Im now starting to use Cisco routers and switches. This is the border where I now want to use OSPF.
Anybody any answers to the configs for both routers?
