Modular ICS ver. 4.0; PRI with 20 DIDs'. It's real strange if I dial that extension the call is redirected with no problem, if I dial the prefix and the DN that's when my problem occurs.

did you try external call forward as long as your using routing and on 4.0 ..allow line redirect and feature 4 to 9 plus number and see if that works

Yes I tried that one with no luck! This is a very strange problem that I don't think many people have come across yet. If I where to forward my desk phone to another landline or a TDMA mobile phone it works great, but if I forward to a GSM or GAIT cell phone and place the incoming call with a GSM or GAIT phone the call will not complete. I also have 5 Option 11cs' and only 2 of them forward correctly, but the T1s' are built a little different and I will be doing some testing and rebuilding the T1s' that are not working correctly. And all seems to stem from the GSM cell switch but I have no control over that and if I can make it work from an Option11 I should be able to make it work correctly on a Norstar. If this sounds pretty
confusing it is.

ABOUT TOO DEADEND!

External call forwarding only came into effect on release 4.1 then the call forwarding must have routing and destination codes in place and the call is forwarded through a destination code. You wouldn't have a problem with the second part since PRI also requires routes and destination codes.
